As Cindy McCain came under criticism for wearing an outfit that some estimate was worth $313,100 at the RNC on Monday night, it seems a smaller story was overlooked: her four-day love affair with the color orange. Have a look below:

I guess Cindy McCain's orange is like Nancy Reagan's red. But where are the rest of those desert sunset colors?

Ironic ! Picture #4 shows McCain's "black baby" that the bush people accused him of fathering during the 2000 South Carolina race. During the primary, bush people left flyers on primary voters' cars showing the McCain family together in a hazy photo and his dark skinned adopted child Bridget. asking how they would feel if they knew McCain fathered a child out of wedlock (insinuating a black baby). The rest is history. But, now it is a clear idea of what kinds of people the republicans are. McCain will sell his soul to the devil (the moneyed interests, oil companies, w) to get elected. And it won't end once he is elected. Don't ever think he won't remember who helps him get elected. He will maintain his newly adopted views that the right has given him for this election. Remember he will want to be REelected if he gets elected. It doesn't stop here.

Cindy will make a GREAT first lady, sooooo classy. Unlike the American hating socialist Michelle O with the angry face.
Michelle has never done a thing to help anyone but herself and Barrys political carrier.
And Cindy does not put down America. Positive people vs angry hateful people. I pick positive any day!

A $300.000 wardrobe tells you all you need to know about republicans and how they feel about the rest of us (the great unwashed).

Danny, that's cause we know all Dems wear off the rack , have no money and are not capitolists. Ignorant judgemental libs always feeling sorry for themselves and so envious.

Cindy Mc Cain spent $300,000. on that outfit and came out looking like an over the hill call girl.
Money dosen't buy taste. She'd do much better at Sears.

Where's the black daughter of McCain in family picture of McCain/Palin? The only black person is seen on left behind Palin family.

they rarely let bridget out unless it's to illustrate momma cindy's compassionate adoption of poor foreign babies. boy, between the selective use of bridget and the 24/7 look at my downs baby use of trig this crowd turns the notion of family values on its head...

I have to give it to Cindy, she looked very pretty on convention night. The dress and jewelry were gorgeous. My question is why didn't she try to help Sarah? Sarah Palin looked like she ran into K-Mart and grabbed something off the clearance rack 30 minutes before she was due to speak. I understand that she's trying to give the hockey mom impression but dang, she looked run down and literally disheveled. There is no reason why Cindy should allow this woman to go out in public representing her husband looking like she just came in from a hunting trip. Cindy should give Sarah the Neiman's card and a fashion expert and let her fix herself up. A pit bull with lipstick is right.

Hot new fashion color...guantanamo orange!
Cindy looks like a Mntgomery Ward 1960 store mannequin...wonder where's the string that makes her say " Hi, I'm Cindy, the blond Bimbo"?

i think her best look was the chartreuse, a color mccain seems mighty fond of -- can't seem to stop using it as backdrop for his speeches...and as i recall hillary got flack from the right about wearing orange during her convention speech.

it's not lenscrafter barbie's looks that bug me, it's her politics and lack of capacity to hold the VP much less prez slot.

Refreshing to see all this chat about clothes. Can anyone explain to me how Laura Bush got a free pass for 8 years on her boring pastel pantsuits? Nobody else in my memory enjoyed this exemption. Even the "beloved" Barbara Bush took heat for her pearls and polka dots, but nary a whisper about Laura.

I was under the impression that usually Cindy Lou and the Grinch comes out during the xmas season. Are we starting xmas sooner than usual. oh yes, with the economy we would need a longer shopping season after all. Anyhow, I think I will watch Fahrenheit 451 in honor of all these good people and their book burning popette.

Nice clotes, ugly message inside. She is shallow, and appears distant and cold... and I hope she isn't our next First Lady.

You obviously didn't see the video on her..long before campaigns...she was down in Africa bringing medical care there...she had to be in her 20's then...she went to Bangledesh and ended up taking home a baby from an orphanage with a cleft pallet and ended up adopting her...so please stop with the ridiculous personal stuff...you're making a arse out of yourself.

At least she isn't all botoxed out like your great Ms.Puffington. Didn't seem shallow, distant or cold to me. You must be confusing her with one of the elite yuppies at the Dems convention. Hope she IS our new Fisrt Lady.

Again too funny...these are the articles of desperation...who cares...Cindy is rich because her dad was lucky enough to spend his last dime when he came back from WWII to buy a beer distributorship named Annheiser-Busch and they became huge, that's the American dream that's what Obama wants to take away from us, the possibilities of being an American.

You've got it totally wrong - America's third largest beer distributorship was a gift from Jim Hensley's ex-boss, Arizona mobster Kemper Marley, after Jim was released from jail after serving time for a crime many attributed to Marley himself. If that's what you call being American, then Alcohol and Gambling were responsible for a lot more than John McCain's start in Arizona politics, which WAS in fact the case - but that doesn't make the entire country responsible for for providing the "respectable political front" that McCain offered to the Hensley-Marley gang.
