Taylor Momsen, the actress who plays Jenny Humphrey on the CW's "Gossip Girl," turned 15 over the summer — July 26, to be exact — and with the milestone she adopted a, shall we say, more provocative style. The billowy bright yellow dress she rocked in May has been tossed aside in favor of tight, strapless dresses that barely hit mid-thigh, and her adorable side-part and down-home smile have been replaced by vampish bangs and a come-hither red carpet stare.
