He also aims to reassure supporters, touting the enthusiasm for Obama and the campaign's "huge" registration gains from Pennsylvania to Nevada. He also discusses, at length, the 1.4 million "base voters" -- black and young voters -- in Florida that the campaign is trying to reach.
But he closes with an appeal for money, based on the expectation that the campaign will cost $39 million in Florida.
