In response to McCain's comments earlier in the day claiming that the government did nothing to avert the impending financial meltdown--and that Obama "profited" from this lack of action--Dodd said that McCain had "selective memory when it comes to these issues" and that he "felt badly for John" as he'd been in Washington for 22 years.
