Theyre actually just trying the to get the models to slip and fall so it will be played in the mainstream news.

Shoes like that keep orthopedic surgeons in business.

Platforms are not coming back.

And there is nothing attractive about men's feet (or hairy legs) so please....no clear plastic lace up anything.

I beg to differ. Hairy legs on men are exceptionally sexy.

I'd wear the clear plastic boots - with bright colored socks, pulled all the way up!

These shoes remind of a bit of comedy done by Steve Martin back in the day.called "The Cruel Shoes." Give a listen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feTrJSWnqdk The visuals are boring, but it's the audio you're after anyway.

But I liked the espadrille boots....thigh-high sneakers second. You can run through city streets with those, looking like an escapee from Ghengis Kahn the movie

All I can say is: What UGLY toes these models have! And the MALE feet - weird with those rosy round nails....totally unsexy which is why socks were invented and night as well!

They look like they were kinda designed from the design of a "Powerizer" or "Trampoline shoe".

She needs to watch walking the streets of NY with these toes exposed. She might have an up close and personal relationship with dog poop.

Great haute couture! These creations are supposed to create buzz and and exhibit creativty. They are not meant for mass marketing. These works of art were all great, though we have already seen the clear soles and heels in a previous life (remember the goldish in the heels?) In fact most of these ideas have been down the runway in similar forms in the 70's. Until this morning I thought my feet were ugly, I feel validated and will be brave enough to wear open shoes from now on.

Exactly. I rather liked the painted on pumps and the soleless heels.

The thigh high lace ups were interesting and might have some commecial appeal in a particular segment. They were sort of sexy.

I too loved the thigh high sneakers! I can see myself wearing those, and my boyfriend walking three feet behind me as he does when I wear my "fabulous" finds. He calls me Carrie Bradshaw, I call my clothes "fabulous!"

In my later years I am never surprised that it seem the strangest images and products are classified as Art. In my younger years we called a tattoo a tattoo but now it called body art; whatever your drug of choice.
