Chicago Tribune:

Four months after getting the private Latin School to stop building a soccer field in Lincoln Park, a group of residents has filed a new lawsuit seeking to keep the Chicago Park District from reimbursing the school for its construction costs.

The Park District Board, which earlier this month voted to complete the project on its own, agreed in June to pay the Latin School up to $1.3 million for its work on the artificial-turf field, according to the lawsuit.
