Its time for McCain to do his 'duty' as a good "Old Soldier" , and just "Fade-away".
Yes McCain likes to joke about bombing Iran and drafting young people. He is still got up in cold war warmongering while trying to fight the war on terror. He said that the mujahadeen led by Osama Bin Laden were freedom fighters who drove the Russians out. This isn't the 80's, McCain. The mujahadeen wasn't fighting for freedom, they were fighting for the same Islamic extremism that threatens us today

Am I the only one here that thinks that McCain thinks he is still in Viet Nam (PTSD or ...) ? He seems to only think in terms of "war" with somebody , anybody , is a normal state of affairs. I think he's off-his-rocker.
Agreed. He seems to enjoy war and the idea of it. It always makes me think of that line from "Patton" when Gen. Omar Bradley says "The difference between you and me George is that I do this because I was trained to do it. You do it because you love it ".

When he was trying to see into the crowd beyond the lighting, Obama at the same time was speaking about looking for bin laden...maybe McSame was looking for him?

McCain throws out barbs that often he can't back up.
McCain knows how to place blame, yet isn't astute on the issues-
I was really surprised and very glad that Obama brought that up. Americans need to know that McCain is war monger.
And Mr McCain is wondering why so many countries want a nuke after we invaded Iraq.
Imagine if you were a citizen in Iran and saw McCain's Bomb, Bomb Iran statement on the news. You would want your country to get a nuke to keep us out so your family wasn't bombed like so many in your neighbor Iraq.
This recklessness is unforgivable.
Anyone who votes for McCain better prepare themselves for more war AND they better be ready to pay for it our of their own pocket.
Obama made a solidly connecting right to the chin for with the Bomb Iran reference. You could see McCain clenching his jaw in anger and pursing his lips, like he wished he had kept them shut rather than sing a tasteless OLD joke about yet another war. The editing on this debate was fantastic.
