has anyone else noticed that Mary Matellin has disappeared from the political scene completely after her totally embarrassing defense of this trash hit piece. After calling it a "scholarly work" than having to confess not having read it revealed a great deal about the current level of PR professionals. They have absolutely no sense of right or wrong only who pays the bills. This is one of the reasons that McCain is encouraged to steal lines from the Obama campaign like "Change" or that Obama is guilty of mudslinging! They have no shame. The mere fact that Mary has disappeared I find a sign of hope. Maybe she has a moral compass after all and has decided to sit this one out .
