If this party cannot even work as a team and is sooo disorganized, how are they suppose to run a country?

I am more worried about the electonic machines in Virginia that keeps switching the vote from obama to McCain. This needs to get out there and people need to take their camera into the booth to document the switching as proof. The Republicans are at it again trying to steal another election.

Early voting started here in Florida today and Obama and HRC are speaking in Orlando, then Obama has 4 more stops here in the state. This is one excellent run campaign. Obama is going to take Florida and without this state McCain has NO chance to win. I love it. After the chad voting fiasco of 2000 we really need to go blue to redeem ourselves.

Florida is going BLUE baby!!!

Aren't you rethuglicans tired of the lies, smears and divisiveness? Haven't we had enough of that and where has it gotten us?

Napoleon also said: "In politics, stupid is not a handicap." How did he know so much about the McCain/Palin ticket???

McCain repudiated Fredericks? Yeah, right. If he did, it was for the sheer noise of it or he knows he's going to lose this and is trying to wash the Republican crap off his hands to preserve his legacy and standing in the arena to which he must return.

This is typical of the master/slave relationship.... the slave - no matter how competent, hard working, etc is seen only to have "earned that which was given by the master"..and the expectation is that he will accept with gratitude and silence that which is given.
Listen to P. Buchanan on Sunday night Hardbal.
John McC has thrown the GOP back to the stone age - the campaign exemplifies all that was wrong with America and clings to the fervent prayer of reviving Jim Crow. Thus the question -
he will move us forward HOW?
We already have a prez who has stomped on our Constitutional Rights, obliterated our standing in the world and bankrupted the country. Stay tuned -Prez McCain will implant us in the 18th century.

Hey, HuffPo! Everytime I try to access your piece on the NYT's "Why McCain Picked Palin," I am directed to the "Week Blah, Blah, Blah" instead. You or me? BTW, he chose her, b/c he's IN LOVE!!!

John Insane is always picking a fight with somebody over something. His whole administration would be like his campaign: in disarray and fighting amongst itself -- and never getting anything done.

Just the way Rethuglicans like the country to be non-governed. That way, Big Business can step in and run things -- right into the ground, kinda like now.

Ok Martin, when did Macky repudiate Frederick?

You really need to laugh off the kool-aid.

Although, it isrefreshing to know there is internal fighting among the repugs.

I heard that the Republican party was going to split into the Yankee Republicans and the Confederate Republicans....

Well, we knew this was coming. From all accounts, McCain has neither been well-liked nor well-received by his own party. He just doesn't fit the shoe of the Religious Right. And, this just smacks of a man who has done everything wrong from the onset in order to lose an election. He has not been in it to win it - from the choice of how the business of the campaign was to be run, to the choice of his running-mate. It's like he's been preparing for a concession for weeks, rather than running the government. I hope he just goes out gracefully and doesn't keep on separating both sides with polarizing views.

There isn't much risk for GOPers to save their own skin at the expense of McCain right now. There would only be risk to their political life if McCain had a realistic chance of a win.

Loose by one point or 100 points, does it matter?

Who cares about Rethuglican infighting, let them fight this is another attempt at a distraction. We still have alot of work to do people there 15 days left. We have to make sure that we get everybody we know to vote.

Isn't this so typical of Republicans? After all these years of being a good soilder, and loyal statesman , Colin Powell makes a thoughtful measured decision to endorse Obama and all they can only tear him down.
