Palin vs. McCain: Campaign Increasingly Annoyed By Palin's Off-Script Moves

Some aides to Sen. John McCain say they weren't happy that running mate Sarah Palin went off script Sunday and turned attention back to the controversy over her wardrobe.

The Alaska governor on Sunday brought up the recent reports regarding the Republican National Committee's $150,000 spending spree on clothing and accessories for the Palin family.

I see that false smile has been wiped off her face on a couple of shots. That is so wonderful to me because it shows that she can be gotten to! She can be annoyed and frustrated. I wonder what McCain is going to do with her now that he knows she isn't the "listening" kind. He might have to FIRE his VP on day one:)

What does a poorly managed campaign expect from someone that you put in front of a camera. After a while, she is going to start to use her brains and speak for herself. The problem is, is that McCain thought he could control this woman. But she is no pushover. She likes the lights and the microphone and the crowd. Do you think she wants to be a barbie until the very end - to be a laughing stock in history???

So, Sarah Palin will not be used, and will speak her mind.

All the better for the Democrats, and all the worse for McCain, who has lost complete control over his campaign.
