McCain-Palin Supporter Starts Backlash Over Obama Anti-Muslim Poster (VIDEO)

McCain supporter Charles David Ficken descended upon an Obama rally in Raleigh, North Carolina with a 10-foot tall picture of Barack Obama in East African attire, shouting the United States doesn't need a "Muslim-leaning" person for president. While exercising his free speech at the rally, so too did several dozen fiery Obama supporters. See more videos at the American News Project.

Freedom of speech should be respected when its backed with facts,

This shows not only freedom of speech, but opposition to ideas as well...mes­sy, but sometimes necessary. I like at the end when one man said he respected the sign carrier's right to freedom of speech.... overall a lot of decency and strength shown from the Obama supporters, unlike some other rallies that have taken place.

Nothing is going to change, we will become even more divided. My concerns with Obama is that he will appoint a liberal supreme court that will destroy traditional marriage by allowing gays to marry, abolish the pledge of allegeance, remove the word god from our currency. The court may also reverse the recent second amendment decision. Thats what I am worried about, I care somewhat about the economy but not to the point of losing some of my rights and traditions.

There are photso of George Bush and the Clintons wearing the costumes of other nations during official visits. This is standard practice for politicians and is seen as respect for the host nation. The McCain camp have used this to smear Obama. I wish the Obama camp had done more to give the public the true information I wrote here!

About 10 years ago at an airport connection layover, there was a 20-ish year old kid handcuffed to an older gent. The kid had tattoos head to toe and about 3 pounds of metal in various piercings in his face. My sweet little wife went up to the kid and ask him about the tattoos & rings. The kid spoke to my wife with absolute and complete respect.
I guess what I'm sayin' is there;s nothing wrong with a little compassion and understanding. While I might not have this kid babysit my kids, maybe his 2 minute conversation with the Mrs. made him think.

I live in a republican district and the racial tension I have witnessed and even been subjected to because of public support of Barack Obama has been a wake up call.

To me what I see most is McCain supporters are voting AGAINST something where as us Obama supporters are voting FOR something.
