New York Daily News:

On Tuesday, New Yorkers and Americans have a big decision to make. Do we continue to pursue the policies of the past eight years or do we chart a new course? I believe we can and we must chart a new course led by President Barack Obama.

How can it be any other way? We find ourselves in an economic crisis born and bred by the failed policies of Washington Republicans: gut regulations; cut taxes for billionaires and big corporations instead of the middle class; continue tax breaks for oil companies, drug companies, insurance companies, and companies that ship jobs overseas; deny the home mortgage crisis; ignore the energy crisis; and dismiss the health care crisis.

The MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION for the Clintons is:

What happened to the $30 million debt that was hanging around their necks at the end of Hillary's campaign?

What deal was made with Obama?

Their support of Obama smells very disingenuous given what they had to say about him just before her tossing in the towel.

Oh puleaze. What do you expect when people are fighting it out in the primaries? Biden even said Obama didn't have enough experience to be POTUS, yet he's Obama's running mate.

Get a friggin clue.

So sick of the GOP trying to drive a wedge when we couldn't be more united as a Democratic Party. Obama in a landslide. Get used to saying President Obama for the next 8 years.

Mrs. Clinton, you were duty bound to wholeheartedly support Barack Obama for president. He is Democrat, and it is the right thing to do. Sorry you don't get a pat on the back for what's politically expedient. I for one don't think that you deserve credit for any of this. You are a sore loser, during the primaries, and on the day when Barack Obama mathematically clinched the nomination, you were talking about how the leaders in the Democratic party had a choice to make. You still wanted the superdelegates to move over to your side. You did not think Obama could win, and that makes you the worst kind of cynic about America, and reveals how you really think about this country.

This comment proves so small a character. Poor.

AMEN!

Obviously not someone who has been paying attention to what has been going on at all- given that Hillary has made appearances at about 70 rallies and fund raisers around the country and has raised over 8 million for Obama.
Unprecedented- Stell obviously doesn't know m,uch about Politics and the history of Presidential Primaries and elections.

It is precisely this atitude that created such hell in the primaries.

We should all be thankful that the Primary went on as long as it did- it made Obama a far better candidate/campaigner as he himself has sai9d (and so has Michelle and many advisors and supporters) If he had not had to fight so hard he would not have been ready for the neocon machine.

just my opinion- well not JUST mine-
;-)

HRC is doing what is right for her country and doing it graciously. Letting go of any lingering rancor from the primaries is better for the US and for the individuals who are still resentful.

ohshutup.

You obviously have no common sense, understanding of the history of elections and have not been pauying attention to what has happened since the primary ended.
How foolish you sound.

I guess some people just MUST create havoc and divisiveness- sounds like a neocon attitude, always looking to create trouble.

Bill and Hillary Clinton did every thing they could to prevent Obama from becoming president. In a cynical, self-interested, dishonest grab for power, they brough Rove-style politics into a Democratic primary, and tried to divide Americans even more deeply on gender, race, class, generation and geography, in their mean, bitter brand of politics as warfare. Letting the Clintons say "oops" and "sorry" and then bask in Obama's triumph as if they supported him, would be hypocritical.

American politics and the quality of national leadership will change for the better only after Americans reject the type of partisan warfare the Clintons and the Bushes have given us for 20 years. This is a new day, we have a new leader with true character and the ability to unite us, the Clintons and the Bushes are history. A great new day.
