Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt Elope In Mexico

The Hills' Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico!

Stephanie Pratt tells In Touch exclusively, "I am not surprised! I knew they would, and Cabo is definitely where they would do it." But Spencer's little sister wants the couple to come back and celebrate here in the States. "I hope they come home, though. Spencer always has said he wants to live there."

Heidi, 22, and Spencer, 25, eloped on November 20 on the beach at the One & Only Palmilla resort just outside of Cabo San Lucas.

I've never seen an episode of "The Hills", but yet I still feel like I know waaayy too much about them. Who are they? I know they're on a reality show, but what do they do? Do they have jobs, or some kind of talent? Or are they just the kids of rich people who get followed around by cameras? What makes them "celebrities"? It seems to me that they're celebrities in the same way Casey Anthony is a celebrity. Meaning, unintentially doing something that makes you a public figure.
