Britney's Kids Front Row For Birthday Performance (VIDEO)

Britney Spears turns 27 Tuesday and she started off the day by performing two songs on "Good Morning America" with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James up front watching.

Despite apparent lip-synching, Spears put on a good show, complete with fire and circus performers. At one point during the song "Circus" she approached the crowd and the cameras showed younger son Jayden James, 2, in the lap of a bodyguard and elder son Sean Preston, 3, with her mother Lynne (about 1:45 in).

Spears performed two song from her new album, the title track "Circus" first and then "Womanizer." After the songs, Diane Sawyer and Robin Roberts interviewed the reformed pop star and played multiple birthday wishes from previous GMA guests to Britney, including Reese Witherspoon, a singing Hugh Jackman and Taylor Swift.

I feel sorry for her, but why doesn't she ever go back to school? I would have more respect for her if she went back to school, and try to better herself intellectually. That is why she is so empty inside. Her shallow life is taking a toll on her. She needs to focus on her children, and stop making money for all those greedy people. Including her mother.

People go to school because the average person with a degree makes more money than someone without one.

You give each high school graduate a One Million Dollar stipend and see how far college admission drops.

Britney has tlent (according to millions of her fans) and gets paid handsomly for that talent. Also, school doesnt make you an intellectual. I graduated from college in May and a lot of students in my classes were nearly braindead.

Britney was good, but she doesn't seem like a girl who just wants to have fun. I think she's carrying the burdens of not only what's transpired but the expectations of so many people. Brit seemed a little fightened and hesitate up there but c'mon she's had an emotional and mental breakdown for goodness sake. On the upside, I think her dance toons on her CD are excellent.

I wouldn't take my toddlers to work, why would Britney take them to her performance, is that's what you call that.

She looks like she's fit again at least - but that doesn't seem to different to the VMA disaster.

When I first came to this article. I got a pop up "warning" box saying that my computer had encountered a virus and blocked it. I have lots of virus protection on my computer and I have NEVER seen this warning before. It comes back every time I come back to this site (I've tried it about 7 times) and does NOT do it for any other article.

How does this girl get away with all the fakeness: lip synching, walking=dancing?, and the worst hair extensions since Paris Hilton. What are they screaming about? Are they booing her?! Are they frightened by her? Are they screaming to get the heck out of the studio?
Is this her comeback or her go-away?

On any given day, go to any high school in this country and there you will find many girls with better singing voices and dance moves than Britney. I don't understand how she has been able to engineer this massive comeback. I have to give it up to her handlers. - Her family, managers, etc. They couldn't let their cash cow go down.

Step step point, step step pose, step step turn, step step wiggle. Walk to other side of stage and repeat. With all of that fantastic choreography, who has time to actually sing?

If she's going to lip sync the whole thing, how can she not muster up the energy to actually do some decent choreography?? The dance moves for that performance were not even difficult, yet she practically slept walk through them.
Girl does not care at all anymore. It's kind of sad. I think her family is forcing her to be the cash cow.
