Jessica Alba's Post-Baby Booze Shoot (PHOTOS)

Jessica Alba shows off her body-after-baby in the 2009 Campari calendar.

Alba told People the shoot allowed her "play out this sort of bombshell."

"I'm usually walking around in comfy clothes, with a baby on my arm," says Alba, 27, who gave birth to daughter Honor Marie Warren in June, "and it's nice to dress things up and feel sophisticated, sexy, and surrounded by so much beauty."

Campari is only printing 9,999 copies of the calendar and the photos were shot by famed photog Mario Testino over a few-day shoot in Malibu.

I've seen the "backstage" photos of this shoot and they're not that dissimilar from the final shots; overrated she may be, but she's looking good.

Ummm....photoshop. She's a pretty girl, but those pictures are so obviously touched up, it wouldn't matter if she were an obese troll.

You obviously know nothing of modern publishing. Everything is "touched up" in Photoshop. First off, the images have to be processed for publication in terms of contrast, brightness, color balance, etc. Secondly, these are for advertising and those people run scared because of the big money budgets. They want everything -EVERYTHING !!!!!!- perfect. Thus Photoshop. This is not dishonest but part of the business. Stop being so patronizing.

not dishonest?! really? i've seen the process that plain, unattractive everyday people are put through in commercial fashion shoots to make them look like gods. it's completely dishonest, i feel bad for the shmucks who don't know this.

There's a difference between processing for publication and completely changing the shape of someone's body. The photo with the sunglasses is the worst--her waist is deformed. Every one of these has shrunk her from the waist down--emphasizing the bust and head... and shoulders, for some strange reason.

OBVIOUS Photoshop = fail
Destroying the image of an already beautiful woman = travesty

What it is, is piss-poor photography. Things like Lightroom and Photoshop do have their merits but photographers, professional and amateur alike, use them as a substitute for skill.
