Obama Birth Certificate Lawsuits Flourish Everywhere

Yesterday, I made note of how one of these nutlog lawsuits alleging that President-Elect Barack Obama was not an American citizen had been appealed to the Supreme Court. Well, apparently, that's not the only lawsuit of this sort snaking its way through our court system. The Honolulu Advertiser has the news:

Similar legal actions have been filed here and in several other states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Georgia and Mississippi.

And maybe one of these suits will be coming to your state, very soon! Maybe we'll be treated to the sight of all these plantiffs piling into a clown car to seek writs of certiorari from John Roberts, so he can hear more about this magnificent criminal conspiracy between Barack Obama's parents, Hawaii state officials, the Weather Underground, and the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company to one day plant Obama in the Oval Office.

Silly vexatious litigants! It's like my boss said: Blog your secret passions, people.

If you have any doubts about this one need go no further than to consult with the man at the center of it all As a lawyer and a constitutional one, at that he would be the first to tell you(in a rare moment of candor and in confidence, of course)that he does not qualify under these terms. The specific wording or these terms , if you will;(natural born citizen )are not fanciful expressions concocted by the Framers designed to confuse, confound or mislead the reader. On the contrary, they were so well understood that no further elucidation was required and they were not used again in the document. so that their special application would be preserved and impact felt. A natural born citizen is a child born not only on the soil but of two citizen parents. One owing AT BIRTH, allegiance to no other country and not having divided loyalties. Obama Jr by his own admission was a British citizen at birth ---this is the "natural" part ; the "law" that we've all honored down through the ages He inherited his status , primarily through his father we don't discount his mother ; she accounts for his dual-citizenship. STATUS AT BIRTH IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH THIS PROVISION THEN SET TO THE TASK OF CHANGING IT PROPOSE AN AMENDMENT WORK TO GET IT PASSED BUT DON'T PERMIT anyone to ignore the rule of law The precedent set is the most dangerous aspect of this sham.

FROM PREV:The only conspiracy ,as you put it ,would be if such a document yet unseen by the public(the certification of live birth circulating is not an original vault-kept long form birth certificate) would turn out to reveal parentage by individuals other than Barack Obama Sr & Stanley Ann Dunham. Otherwise, the issue is NOT whether or not BHObama II is an American citizen He is, in all likelihood , such. He is addtionally,if born in Hawaii a native born citizen . He is a citizen at birth owing to his mother's citizenship. This article is evidence that its author is completely ignorant of the issue , at hand. i would say disturbingly so. First order of business would be to actually do some reading; start with Emmerich di Vattel's monumental opus: "Law of Nations" when you've completed that ,move along to our Founding Fathers & the Declaration of Independence , on to the U.S. Constitution and an absolute must---The Federalist Papers....­supplement with collections of the Framers' letters and after that, then and perhaps , only then might you be prepared to make comment on the "nutlog" lawsuits A couple of which the only ones , so far considered by the Supreme Court haven't anything really to do with Obama's birth certificate.

There could be any number of reasons for him to only have the document that was shown.
You'd be surprised, it's not always easy to keep a piece of paper intact for 48 years.

I, for example, do not have an original birth certificate because, I'm told, the hospital I was born in burned to the ground some time in the mid-80s. I have an official document, but it is NOT the actual document my mother and father signed on the day of my birth. Full disclosure, I wasn't born in this country. I am not American. But my point is that I'm sure this, or something like it, has happened to a lot of people.

A couple of years ago I requested a new birth certificate (couldn't find the old one) and the new one is all fancy and hologrammed and whatnot. But the old one ( the "reissue" from the 80s) looked quite similar to Obama's: just a simple typed form with an embossed seal. Very unimpressive.

In the US the original is retained by the state (or county in many states).
I read that Obama's original is extant and "locked up by the state of HI.

There are also medical records from the birth. I’ve subpoenaed birth records for individuals older then President-e Obama. Those coupled with a certificate should more then answer the ridiculous question…As if someone could get as far a wining the election without already having proved such things is beyond me. This is a bit absurd and it's a waste of our tax dollars and court resources.

It's wonderful. Keep focusing on the birth certificate. Let's see, he has been running for President for 2 years and no one ever checked him out. OK., let's completely close Homeland Security. Why not? They had no idea that someone who was not born in this country was running for President. I just can't imagine how they are protecting us. These are the same people that claimed he was pals around with terrorists. UH - wouldn't he be in jail? They are also the same people who brought up Ayers - Uh, shouldn't place every student that was in his class on the no-fly list? They were taught by a terrorist, right?
