Survey: Women Choose Internet Over Sex

Just how reliant are you on the Internet?

Nearly half of the women questioned by Harris Interactive said they'd be willing to forgo sex for two weeks, rather than give up their Internet access, according to a study released Monday by Intel, which commissioned the survey.

While 46 percent of the women surveyed were willing to engage in abstinence versus losing their Internet, only 30 percent of the men surveyed were willing to do likewise.

Today more and more men are behaving like vestal virgins and really want sex far less than women do. So the men surveyed probably said what was expected of them but I think the women were much more honest.

By the blogs and comments I read, there are far more men than women on the Internet, so I suspect that men and women actually are equal for their desire for the Internet over sex than this survey reveals.

There is a difference between "having sex" and "sharing love." It is the same distinction as between going out and selling religion versus engaging in spirtual union with the Higher Power. When you can buy sex at Wal Mart it will get cheapened further yet and people will get trampled.
