Worst treasurer in Illinois history, so I don't care what she has to say. I wonder how much taxpayer money she blew on mass mailings to Illinois taxpayers informing them of tax shortages or overpayments that didn't exist. When we lived in Illinois, it got to the point where our accountant told us to just throw those notices away because the treasurer's office was so clueless.
