Heather Mills' Nanny: I Gave Naked Spray Tans, Blow Dried Her Hair

Heather Mills is being taken to court by her nanny over allegations of sex discrimination and intimidation.

Sara Trumble claims Heather was ordered to go above and beyond her role as Beatrice's nanny.

She has complained she was made to work as late as midnight, blow-dry Heather's hair and even give the former model naked spray tans.

A constructive dismissal claim was lodged with an employment tribunal last week.

The two sides have 28 days to come to a negotiated settlement or face airing their dispute in open court.

Sara, 24, says she was only supposed to look after Beatrice, now aged five, Heather's daughter with ex-husband Sir Paul McCartney.

Heather came from humble beginnings, but after marrying Paul, became addicted to the good life. The way she badgers her employees is typical of someone who almost instantly became wealthy. She never had the chance to ease into her new status, and possibly thinks treating her employees like dogs is oh so klassy.

In the divorce papers, Paul conceded that Heather was a good mother. By the way, that divorce decree made for some interesting reading.

You don't have to do everything that is asked of you. People are weak. Can't be mad at Heather for the demands on someone on her payroll, Sarah looks like an annoying sense of entitlement brat anyway, but she could still say, "I don't feel comfortable doing that". And if you get fired (which you most likely won't) at least you stood up for yourself. Jeesh. Stand for something or you will fall for anything. Or if it's really al about money, tell her the body painting is extra. :-)

That all being said, I would've told Heather what she can do with that spray and still care for her child like it was my own. People like that nanny who internalize and carry secret hate, are dangerous nannies. She might take her angst out on the child. A scary team all around. Heather and the Nanny.

heather was nothing more than a high price call girl. that is very well documented. don't believe me, just do a search. she struck pay dirt with paul. when her past surfaced, including pic's and interviews, paul dumped her. she didn't care, she got what she wanted, $$$$. now she's trying to re-invent herself. her 15 minutes were up along time ago.

hey..none of us were there...she got payed for getting a divorce from a beattle...so what we don't know what paul is like.......he might have been a demanding jerk......I don't know I don't care..so don't judge..we all have been subject to rumors........I'd spray her naked but trust me it wouldn't be paint....hehehehehehehhe..long live the beattles

OK, so people hate Heather Mills. I get it. I'm not sure how I feel about her myself because, unlike most of you, I don't know her well enough to make deeply personal comments about everything from her inner psyche to her most intimate moments. Unless Mills had her chained and shackled, the nanny was free to leave the job at any time. When you are a nanny for a private citizen you knowingly insert yourself into an abnormally intimate situation. Even if only a fraction of the stuff the British tabloids write about Mills is true then this nanny should have been prepared for a few eccentricities and bizarre requests. Unless this nanny has it in writing that her job responsibilities were limited to nothing more than the direct care of a child (which she does not), she appears to be little more than an opportunist looking for a fat settlement (which Mills has already refused through her legal reps, multiple times). I could see if this was a new employee who was a sold a bill of goods by Mills but, she wasn't. Indeed, she worked for the family for a number of years and returned to her position after a maternity leave. I've had a boss or two who were rotten, horrible people. That did not give me legal grounds to sue them. When attempts to work through the problems did not pan out, I did what this nanny probably should have done: quit and move on.
