I Like ItI Don’t Like It

The 2008 movie year was filled with hits and misses. As we embark on a new year, say goodbye to 2008 with this very nice montage of the movies we leave behind us.

Slumdog must be seen in a theater for both the cinematography and the audience reactions. Great story line about fate and true love. And don't miss the great Bollywood finish. IMO, best movie of 2008.

SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE!
I've seen few movies this year but this one I caught on New Year's Day.
A truly amazing film.

Don't go see Benjamin Buttons. It's the worst movie ever!

Slumdog Millionaire and Wall-E were hands down the two best movies of the year. Wall-E especially was an absolute masterpiece.

Besides teens, who patronizes theaters anymore?
You now have pirated new release movies on the net not to mention Netflix downloads on blu-ray discs. Just sayin'

I saw Doubt and Slumdog Millionaire this weekend. I loved Doubt, and Streep was amazing in it, but I couldn't sit through Slumdog, which was really disappointing. Too much violence for me. I'm going to have to wait till it comes out on DVD, so I can fast forward through sections and see it on a TV screen, where it's much less assaulting to the senses.

You missed "Appaloosa", but I guess horses and trains would have been too tough to merge with all your flying cars and whiz-bang-explosions.

Great montage, and I love the song!

for total composition you have only two contenders. "SLUM DOG MILLIONAIRE" and "MILK" please don't argue.

You must like formula storytelling.
