An attorney for Gov. Rod Blagojevich's brother says his client won't cooperate with federal investigators if asked.

Rob Blagojevich is a Tennessee businessman who chairs his brother's Friends of Blagojevich fund. He's been identified as "Fundraiser A" in the 76-page criminal complaint charging the Illinois governor with corruption.

Rob Blagojevich hasn't been charged with wrongdoing.

His attorney, Michael Ettinger, tells the Chicago Sun-Times that there's "not a prayer" his client will talk to the federal government.

Gov. Rod Blagojevich was arrested Dec. 9 on charges that accuse him of scheming to trade President-elect Barack Obama's vacant Senate seat for profit. The governor says he's innocent.

I didn't think prayers had anything to do with the judicial process. Is he willing to go to jail when the subpoena arrives?

Lol, there are plenty of fish to catch here! If you DON'T think Blagovitch's wife and brother were in on it, you don't know much about political families. They would be better off 'fessing up and brokering a deal that will allow his wife to stay out of jail and take care of their kids.

Well why not, if you cannot use the Rule of Law or Judicial Interpretation of the Law. Raise the any of the cost of freedom and well being of the family

The ENDS justfy the MEANS (Karl Marx), right! Just what the world needs No Law, No Justice and all wealth to the RICH and GREEDY instead of the poor and needy. Sounds like the world to me?

I believe when the FEDS take him down they will take all of those around him also.

Be careful on who you play hardball Rod beause it is seemly looking like your children will be without their parents and uncle.
