I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Alan Colmes guest-hosted the "Colbert Report," Monday night, joining Stephen Colbert as the program became "Colbert & Colmes" for the evening.

Colbert kept Colmes near, but below, him at his desk and made claims often about his dominance over the departing host of "Hannity & Colmes."

Watch as the pair discuss the Roland Burris appointment, and Colbert gives Colmes a list of acceptable things to say:

Last month, Colbert's Comedy Central counterpart Jon Stewart paid tribute to Colmes with a song performed by Hall & Oates.

Cobert's satire is razor sharp as usual. The Daily Show and Colbert Report combine to make the best hour on television.

If not for HuffPo, I wouldn't have known that Alan Colmes left "Hannity and Colmes". I never watch Fixed News.

Though I disagree with about 85% of what comes out of Alan's mouth I really think he's truly an awesome person and I enjoy listening to his view on the Sean Hannity Show. I was disappointed that he left Hannity's show, but then again I'm not a huge fan of Hannity anyway.

Having Colmes sit lower at the desk was interesting. For a long time, it has appeared that Hannity jacks up his chair on 'Hannity and Colmes' to appear taller than anyone else at the desk, even Jesse Ventura. What a petty, little man he is. Low forehead, no neck and that sh*t eating smile really work for him.

Colmes acting skills were pretty good. Just the image alone of him sitting on the small chair with the desperate look. A highlight.

Who's Alan Colmes ????

Let's hope Mr. Colmes is planning a Diss and Tell book about the inner workings of Fox News. The interoffice memos, the off-camera musings and rants and the clashes of obsessed right-wing personalities would be both educational and amusing.

I would love to hear the same liberal ramblings on NBC/MSNBC and ABC news.

Aside from k.o and r.m., what is liberal about those networks? "Liberal Media" is for realists, just about the biggest joke out there,
