I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Lisa Rinna got specific on what she overdid on her face in an interview with momlogic.com. Talking to momlogic to promote her upcoming reality show and her Golden Globes, Rinna said despite a love of Botox, she regrets overfilling her cheeks and that she still enjoys sex with husband Harry Hamlin.

Is there any plastic surgery you regret?
Lisa Rinna: My cheeks. I had Juvederm put in my cheeks. That's what I overdid -- big time. I tried it because my girlfriends did it. I thought: I'll do it! I saw a photo and I was like, "Oh Jesus. That's no good. That's NOT good." What I learned is that I don't really need it. You get older and insecure and you think you need it and you don't. I learned less is more. Keep your skin good. But, I still like Botox. It's great! It doesn't change the shape of my face. When you change your face, you don't look like yourself. Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak! I always said I wouldn't change my face, but I did it. I can't not be honest about it. I'd look like a fool. It's so obvious. I don't believe in lying. I used to feel like it was nobody's business. But when this happened, I realized I couldn't hide it.

What's the secret to keeping your marriage hot?
Lisa Rinna: You gotta be willing and you gotta be game. You've got to be able to continue [your sex life] when you are married with kids. You may say, "I'm tired and I've been with the kids all day," but you've got to get creative. You have to figure out how to keep your man happy. We try to go away every couple of months -- get a hotel. Sex is the first thing that goes. I try to make him happy. I don't always want to and other times I really want to. It's fun if you allow yourself to let go.

I must be the luckiest woman alive to have a man that loves her and her body just as it is. He wouldn't want me to change a thing. The problem with plastic surjury, botox, fillers, ect. You can tinker to the point of losing who you are, or were. If you dont like what you are to begin with, no amount of fakery will fix that. People need to realize we are who and what we are. Nobody comes out without aging, nobody is immune to it, its going to hit all of us. The sooner Hollywood accepts this, the better. Rinna like the rest of them can't accept the aging process. Yes dear, you are aging, get over it. Its better to spend time and money on something that isn't fake. Too bad Hollywood never got with the program.

It is a shame that she felt the need to have so much plastic surgery.......Too bad people aren't happy with who they are including their breasts.

OK, OK, people. Stop bickering.

Angelina Jolie ruined white women's self image forever just by being Angelina. Now every overly vain white woman, seeing the first signs of aging, considering plastic surgery, implantation, etc, decides to do something about it and once in the doctors office, agrees to procedures that are far beyond repair or even a reasonable degree of enhancement, in emulation of Ms Jolie, or whomever.

Certain people's faces look good with large features, AJ for one, and many if not most black people, but large lips are not for everyone. It is as much about symmetry and context as size.

Lisa Rinna was beautiful before she got the weird looking cheeks and lips; neither are symmetrical, or beautiful and they look stuck on, as if by painted on by an artist who has no sense of proportion or skill with perspective, not to mention how they don't move right. Same for Meg Ryan.

Somebody should do an intervention with Lisa Rinna as she is still obviously delusional. And her's and many other plastic surgeons should loose their licenses, if not get arrested, for loosing these frankenmonsters upon the world.

I've seen worse. She is still very pretty and it seems genuine. She doesn't try to make you believe she just woke up that way.

I really can't recall what she's famous for exactly. I'd give her about a 7

Her lips are asymetrical, and they look immobile. It looks as if she can never completely close her lips over her teeth. That's the problem. It has nothing to do with ethnic background.

Thank you for comment Robert. But, I see that no one has addressed my original post. Why is it that large lips are so horrible as to illicit the kinds of responses here. I know that my lips and many of my friend and family's lips are approximately the same size. Izadornut, seems to believe that I am comparing apples to oranges. Why, big lips are big lips whether they're on a white person, black person. So just answer this question, are black people that happen to have big lips abhorrent to you also?

No, black people with large lips are NOT abhorrent. However, unnatural-looking plastic surgery is not attractive, whether it's big lips, cheek implants, face lifts, or whatever.

She looks like a freak not just because of the cheeks and lips, which are certainly awful...

When are these stupid women going to get it that Botox robs them of expression and it is through expression that one is beautiful...and it's not just Rinna, it's Meg Ryan, Nicole Kidman...and on and on..Kidman couldn't use her face to express emotion in "Australia" and an Actor without the ability to express emotion is...well, just a piece of meat.

All these women were perfectly beautiful and aging well until they mutilated themselves. Shame on them.

Izadora, you can kiss my black a**. I guess you went and looked at yourself. Not pretty I suppose or you wouldn't be so defensive.

dj5850, I think what you are trying to communicate is that Izadora has no right to tell you to "get lost." You are correct. She doesn't. But I'll bet that your response, though colorful, probably isn't the best of that which you are capable. The world is a more interesting place for all its peoples and cultures, and sometimes the edges are rough where we all connect. I suspect that's all that's happened here. Person-to-person, most of us are capable of becoming fast friends. Best regards, Robert (aka EarthSmiles).

I thought she meant her lips stead. She's not smart woman. Low self steam. She should make
herself happy first than her husband.
She's so unhappy pleasing her husband that she compensate herself with
plastic surgery. Feel sorry for people like her. But without her lips ....she looks
fantastic. Though.

Pardon my English is second language.

Meg Ryan also thought it was a good idea to exchange human lips for uncooked pork chops hanging off her mouth. Can't these chicks afford better plastic surgeons?

I've seen examples of successful plastic surgery, but lips are right up front and should be left alone. One can achieve a slightly fuller visual effect with the skillful use of lipstick. There are indeed some very good plastic surgeons out there, but none can fully match nature's handiwork, although I've seen a few nice-looking rhinoplasties (assuming one does not overdo it). Some faces naturally recede in the maxillofacial area and fuller lips simply can't ever look like they belong to that individual. Those faces possessing a more prominent maxillary process tend to have fuller lips (i.e., blacks, Asians, etc.).

She's still obviously in denial about what went wrong with her plastic surgery. It was not the cheeks, it was the lips, dear. I think maybe she had to overdo the lips because the cheeks would look unbalanced with her face. One thing leads to another and next thing you know, you look like you have had plastic surgery. No one wants to LOOK like they've had it. She does. She was already cute before she did that to her face. There are people who would kill to have her face and she messed it up because she has the same affliction as an anorexic. She looks in the mirror and sees a distorted, ugly image of herself that is not real. I think she will continue to cut her face and get worse until she gets some real help.
