One of our many New Year's resolutions is to be more organized this year. To help keep us on task, we've been perusing the internet for that perfect calendar. We never thought we'd come across this: a hunky beefcake calendar featuring the cutest men to don the robes.

Well of course they did...when they are not lusting after the YOUNG boys, it is perfectly ok to also celebrate how HOT the older ones are too!

This story is all wrong and also very old news. This calendar has been running for several years now: it's on sale in the unofficial tourist-tat stalls in places like Rome and Venice, and is a great favourite 'joke' present to bring back from weekend-breaks in such places for friends. But it's entirely commercial and unapproved by the Vatican! Several European papers have done jokey stories about this calendar over the years, including pointing out that a lot (probably all?!) of these guys aren't priests: they're models. Obviously!
What is the point of this?
