The Jerusalem Post:

Hamas has seized control of all the smuggling tunnels under the Philadelphi Corridor in southern Gaza and has been moving additional arms into the Strip since Operation Cast Lead ended on Sunday morning.

Why is it that the day after the Inauguration, along with coverage of this main story, in the top left-hand corner, there was J o e Li e b e r m a n ' s name. Couldn't see what it was about since it was just a picture of the front page along-side other front-pages of world newspapers. Maybe it's not stranger than fiction for some but it speaks volumes about who's running the show.

Huh, go figure; Hamas using a cease fire to re-arm.

Yeah, they're just a peace loving political organization that has been soooooo unjustly abused by mean ol Israel.

Are the Israeli F16s re-armed and on standby?

Have the troops back from Gaza been issued more ammunition?

Are the Israeli tanks fueld up and loaded with shells?

Maybe Hamas is getting ready for another attack.

Egypt's reason -- or excuse -- is that they are limited to a certain number of troops (750?) in the region due to treaties with Isreal. They are also limited in the equipment they can use in the area too. No helicopters, etc.
