Blagojevich To Obama: "How Can I Help?" (VIDEO)

In the latest of his seemingly endless round of TV appearances, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich went on CNN's Campbell Brown to complain about the impeachment process, bemoan his plight and offer his assistance to President Obama.

Blagojevich described his desire to have every one of his wiretapped conversations introduced as evidence: "I am in many ways the anti-Richard Nixon who worked very hard in Watergate to keep those tapes from being heard."

Pressed by Brown on why he's holding press conferences and making the rounds of TV shows, Blagojevich claims, "No, I hate all of this. This is a life-changing thing."

And he defends his much-criticized statements comparing his plight to that of Gandhi and Mandela: "They knew what it was like to be in custody and I was trying to historical perspective."

Finally, Blagojevich said he understood why Obama isn't giving him the benefit of the doubt - "He is doing the right thing to not have to get involved in something like this" and says he would wish Obama luck with the economic stimulus package, adding "How can I help?"
