I'l never forget Brad Pitt's acceptance speech, in which he graciously thanked "my heart--Gwyneth Paltrow." It was so touching! But I guess his heart moved on.

My favorite mock Oscar speech is from a song by Loudon Wainwright III: "I'd like to thank my producer, and Jesus Christ."

Bruce Springsteen was the calmest in his simple yet brilliant speech for Philadelphia.

The finest and most moving speech in Oscar history remains that of
Hattie McDaniel accepting Best Supporting Actress for "Gone With the Wind."
That was a moment!
