Michelle Obama Wears Emerald Dress, Inauguration Night Bangles To Stevie Wonder Concert (PHOTOS)

Michelle Obama went sleeveless for the second night in a row, choosing to wear an emerald empire-waist dress to the Stevie Wonder concert at the White House Wednesday night. It looked like she was sporting the same Loree Rodkin diamond bangles she wore on inauguration night. Her dress was also reminiscent of the dark green gown worn by Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius (and Health Secretary hopeful) to the White House dinner on Sunday night.

The dress was designed by Kai Milla, Stevie Wonder's wife.

This new hair style looks perfect on her. I LOVE IT. I never really liked the other hair style too much but this is hot. This is by far the best she's looked. The green suits her a lot.

This is kind of irrelivent but I was looking at an older article with Obama's official portrait picture right before I clicked on this, and I must say that the thought of that picture hanging at the top of the pyramid style layouts of generals etc..in military offices brought a little happy tear to my eye!
