Prince Charles Named World's Best-Dressed Man, Obama Comes In Fourth (POLL, PHOTOS)

British Esquire has declared Prince Charles the world's best-dressed man. "He is perfectly turned out in a double-breasted suit," they claim. "Admirably, the prince keeps his wardrobe in appropriate style: we're told he has a room laid out like a tailor's shop."

President Barack Obama came in fourth place while artist David Hockney came in seventh, tennis player Roger Federer came in eighth, and rapper Andre 3000 of Outkast came in tenth.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who has a fondness for purple ties, was named one of the world's worst-dressed because he once "turned up in the Iraqi desert wearing black lace-ups."

He pays the price every day for taking style over substance.
While Diana Spencer was too chic for Charlie, had he done
what it would have taken to be the husband every wife
deserves, the future of the English crown would look a whole
lot brighter. But Di represented liberalism and a paradigm
shift to commonness that Charlie and his mum n dad could
not accept. Pity. Charles could have made a great king.
Now, as did his grandmother, QEII may live to be 100 or more
and Charles might be 80 before he wears the crown jewels.

I always saw prince Charles kind of as a fashion don't. I think I could even dress him better! He needs better tailoring. Look at how his suit jackets always hang so low?

Obama on the understand is a man who knows how to dress! He is downright dapper. His suits are almost always well tailored and he is lucky because he is so slim that he could probably wear almost anything. The president should never come off as diminutive though.

I think this magazine might have just been kissing some head of state butt though.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think it was Princess Di that got him into the double breasted look. Before that, it was single breasted.
