Michelle Obama wore a big, bold necklace to a concert honoring Senator Ted Kennedy's birthday at the Kennedy Center on Sunday night. The brightly colored piece popped against her all-black ensemble.

The necklace was reminiscent of an equally impressive Tom Binns piece that earned Mrs. Obama a great deal of praise at a New Yorkers for Children event in New York on June 17th.
