Bush's practice of attaching controversial signing statements to legislation, a reporter quickly got a tip from a Bush loyalist: the cell phone number for a White House lawyer in the past administration.

These guys are beginning to get nervous. This is clearly an organized and coordinated effort to slow the momentum of pending investigations into Bush Administration criminal activities.

The Nuremberg Tribunal has defined premeditated, aggressive war and the guilt/penalties assessed for such evil and destruction heaped upon the world. The phony war in Iraq fits the description outlined in the articles of the trial and decisions handed down. The attempt by all these Bush operatives, I believe, are made with one particular thought in mind. Their feeling is that even if they are cornered and are not able to explain away the Bush administration's malfeasance, they expect that the American people do not have the stomach to take Bush to task, for his failures. I think it is up to us to surprise them. The facts are quite evident that no twisting of History will ever exonerate him, from the responsibility for the damages caused by his administration.

The prosecution of Wars, with the thousands of lost lives on both sides, for suspect reasons; The attempted gutting of Social Security; The further advancement, and promotion, of the wealthy class by unwarranted tax cuts; No bid contracts to companies like Halliburton ,so closely connected with the executive branch; How can these be explained away so blithely?

They can't! They won't! And they shouldn't.

Who is paying the army of Bush loyalists to run about setting the record straight? It is either the Republican Party hoping to rewrite history for political gain or the news media in their never-ending search to find opposing viewpoints in the name of fairness. If it's the GOP then the news media should be reporting that. If it's the news media, then the Democratic Party should be signaling that.

They may well try to re-write history, but as the indictments start to pile up overseas on charges of war criminality, the view will become overwhelming. It will then become obvious that we, ourselves, should do what is right and see to it that Bush, and his cronies, are PROSECUTED.
