President Obama will kick off an all-out grass-roots effort today urging Congress to pass his $3.55 trillion budget, activating the extensive campaign apparatus he built during his successful 2008 candidacy for the first time since taking office.

We need to support President Obama regardless of what part of his agenda you do not agree with. We are all in this together and the POTUS is trying to be President for all people including misguided republicans. You have to know by now that 63.5 million people got it right because we would have been over the cliff by now if the "tax cuts for the rich" republicans had won.

How ridiculous is it that 2 months into his administration these republicans aided and abetted by the sorry corporate media are either saying he is doing too much or he is not doing what he said. Does anybody remember that GWBush brushed off the intelligence report in his first few months about OBL wanting to hijack airplanes? Bushie did this while on vacation he did not deserve. Now, the republicans want us to believe our president is doing too much. The hypocrisy of these people know no bounds.

I also suggest you people drop an email to MSNBC and CNN and tell them we are sick of them giving airtime to these lying republicans who have no ideas and are in the minority. Forget that fairness doctrine crap--THEY LOST for a reason we do not want to hear their nonsense.

Now this is what Pres. Obama was talking about. Change happens from the bottom up! He's empowered the people to force our government to listen to the people that elected them. What's really cool is this is the future of how civil protest will be carried out. It's quick, painless and effective, no more having to protest (march on Washington) just send out an email and BINGO the rally cry begins!!

It's an interesting idea, but I think that there may be a loose end there on the "door to door" campaign, which may be the number of houses being foreclosed upon when you go to ring the doorbell. I think that if there were a concrete "hold on forecloses for now" policy, that this grassroots, support-the-president campaign would have more doors open for their message.
