Dane Cook's half brother has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly stealing millions from the "comedian."
Darryl McCauley was charged with eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme. According to prosecutors, McCauley once forged a $3 million check written from Cook's account to himself.

It is weird that this guy ever became popular ... he is just not funny at all. And I love comedy.
All the material was funny by the folks he stole his act from but he is just annoying and brash but excellent at self-promotion. Louis CK IS funny ... Cook hopes we forget and loves the younger college crowd who don't know their comedic history.

Dane Cook is definitely not funny. The only time he was remotely associated with anything funny was those MadTV's spoofs of his act. Make sure to check them out on YouTube, they are hilarious.

Yup, that was the only reason I clicked--to affirm the quotes and suggest "purported" "alleged" or some other modifier in addition to the simple quotes.
