Maybe, in the sense that those bonuses were only taxable because they were paid in the first place, which in turn was the result of shoddy prosecution and blame-the-victim mentalities in high places.

The main important thing is that FOX has absolutely brilliant economic and financial experts and this little News Anchor Twinkie Dagen McDowell is at the top of their list. The key is that she is able to put finance into images that FOX viewers think they can understand.
