Look no further than her eldest daughter to see that Michelle's eyebrow arch is indeed her own. I wonder, though, where she developed a taste for J Crew - her college days perhaps. Should be strictly for casual or business casual. I am not sure it is a look for state visits - but we'll just has to see.

Okay, I have officially come to the conclusion that too much attention is being paid to what Michelle wears and how she acts, and I am not sure why. Maybe because she is young and attractive .... as many other posters have pointed out, no one cared what Laura Bush wore.

Our First Lady is a mom, a homemaker, and an educated professional. She is not a Carla Bruni (model) or a wife who planned her entire life around politics and its more superficial side. I for one LOVE that this couple hold hands, hug EVERYONE, smile naturally and embody the American Dream. stop trying to create controversy and offer guidance. Follow Michelle's lead, for those that can-do, those that can't-criticize.

Am I the only only one who dosen't give a **it about what the so-called fashion guru's think about how our elected leaders dress? Come to my house at any time and see how I am dressed. I call on clients in the style that they find appropriate.
The American problem is that we (Americans) listen to self described "experts" who are nothing but blow-hards. Get a grip, the results are the goal--not the package!

I am very happy to have a loving beautiful First Family living in the White House and representing us, in such style, around the world. Just love it that the Queen said she wanted to "keep in touch" now that they had become friends!! Because of the Obama's I no longer have to stretch the truth when I tell my African American children they can aspire to be anything!!!

I posted a comment earlier about Michelle's eyebrows and I was mistaken. I looked up her high school photo and her eyebrowline has a very high arch. I guess I'll have to grow to love that about her as well as the rest of her. :-)
