Jesse Jackson JR- I have a question about Leo Wise the CBO investigating this.

Funny-. Leo Wise, who heads the Office of Congressional Ethics, told the AP he could "not confirm or deny that we are reviewing the materials" the Sun-Times referred to.

Leo Wise- He was fed prosecutor that jurors said did not do his job with the largest financial fraud case in our country’s history uncovered by the FBI in 2002.

I find it very peculiar that case with one acquittal, where the fed prosecutor Leo Wise did not do his job per the jurors-

The one acquittal was James K Happ-the ex-CFO of Columbia Homecare Group and juror says, 'instead, they were more a belief that federal prosecutors had not done their job…'

Leo Wise- Hmm…..In 2002-The largest private financial fraud case in our country's history began to uncover itself back in 2002 when FBI raided their offices.

No one heard of this case. Wonder why?

Leo Wise did not do his job – jurors said.

December 18, 2008 - THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH By Jodi Andes --Prosecutors' case fell short, juror says, instead, they were more a belief that federal prosecutors had not done their job…

All executives accept one acquittal- the ex-CFO of Columbia Homecare Group-which by the way-had all of Columbia’s homecare units in the largest fraud case in our history.

Federal prosecutors had not done their job…
