Seriously, ...her career is not 'over'..it­s stalled because of her dysfunctional life, but could be easily regained if she just pulled her head out of her ass, got some serious counseling.
Lots of celebs before her have hit rock bottom and pulled themselves out of it.
She should cut herself off from the partying life, disconnect from any bad associations and reconnect with the motherly type of celebs for some 'mothering', nurturing and guidance because shes NOT going to get it from her parents.
Those with dysfunctional families have to find alternatives to nurture themselves. (I dont care what walk of life you are from).
If shes truly sick of the pit her life has become shes got the power to change it, even if its a baby step.
I think she has a lot of talent, she just lacks direction right now, and really, with parents like she has, its easy to understand why shes been 'lost' the past few years.
Shes not 'lucky' enough to have a parent like Britney Spears has that can step in and get a redirection in her life and keep the bad people out of it, so she will have to actually SEEK help herself, but it can be done...and its going to have to be about 'her' willpower to change her life.

It's time for this sad sack to descend into oblivion. Her "career" is over (not that she really had one, since her number of good performances can be counted on two fingers). Her only claim to fame at this point is her daily performance as a spectacular tabloid flame-out, which is so reminiscent of many other child stars.

Lindsey is the kid in this situation. Just because she's rich and famous that does not ake her immune to the same personal and relationship mistakes that many, many, many young people make.

She is very vulnerable right now. SR is 10 years older and she's the one who should know better.

That doesn't mean that she has to love Linsey. It just means that she should know how to handle the situation a lot better than she has. Sobriety, kindness, honesty and respect breeds the same. It's really NOT that difficult.

Boo hoo. She could have written her own ticket. Been set for life. But didn't how to say "no." Guess she'll have to start working like the rest of us (who are fortunate enough to have jobs).

She has been working since she was a child. She just has more fun and gets paid better than most of us. I don't see her big crime here. She's young, she got involved with a much older person and for whatever reason the relationship went toxic and became very immature as though 2 teenagers were involved.

She's had a few party girl mishaps in the past, but I don't recall all of this drama with any of her other relationships. Obviously, this one was too much for Lindsey to handle and I blame Sam Ronson. She got the young thing strung out. If it was a 30 some odd year old guy on the other end of the relationship, everyone would be blaming him and feeling sorry for Lindsey. Why the double standard? Is that why my previous comment wasn't posted? Because I made that point? It's a valid point.

And Lindsey was right about one thing, when you love someone, you're supposed to cherish that person. After the way that she has been dissed and dismissed, I hope she understands that Sam is not the one. She should run in the opposite direction whenever SR approaches.

Lindsey's a beautiful, talented girl and she needs to respect herself, get herself together and deal with people who appreciate her.

She should Be CHERISHED just like she said! But you can't force that. If a person doesn't appreciate you, move on...it's their loss.
