To those disoriented by the photo illustration, this is a picture of North Pole, Alaska, a retail nightmare ca 2000 miles south of the northern axis of the globe.

Its kind of funny but maybe better suited for another north pole story. (your picture is of North Pole, AK which is basically an unfortunately named strip mall of a town in interior Alaska)
I love the authentic picture of the tourist shop at the north pole. I hope he got some cool snowglobes after he reached it.

As a Cripple (disabled for all you PC folks) I say YAYHIPPIEHOORAY! Now, let's make sure that he won't be the only Quad who has the strength, fortitude and determination to make it to the North Pole, or the Equator, or wherever we might want to go.
Improve health care delivery methods! Reform the FDA! Hold the government accountable for killing many of the 20% of the population who are disabled and medically fragile
