A member of hit German girl group No Angels has been arrested for allegedly having unprotected sex although she knew she was HIV positive.

Being that the men she slept with used no protection when they slept with Nadja we must assume that these three men don't practice safe sex when they should.

With that, how can we be so sure that it was Nadja Benaissa that infected them?

They could of contracted it from another woman they slept with because they have a history of not using protection.

Science is a great thing.Nowadays you can trace the hiv virus stream.The only thing that might help her is that the virus mutates so fast,it is harder to trace.On another note it was a well hidden dirty little secret,that she was hiv-positiv.Even on the internet someone warned in 2006,that she was hiv +.She was using crack and heroin as a teenager and became a mother with 17.Supposedly she has known of her infection since 1999,but luckily her daughter is not infected.Here`s an article of an ex-lover,who even asked her if she had any known health problems,before sleeping without a rubber.

Unfortunately most people with AIDS do not want to know they have it and turn a blind eye to most indicators (irregardless of how many public service announcements you liberal nuts show them). Until they have obvious symptoms it will be hard to show the necessary Mens Rae for a conviction. Ironically the same reckless behavior that gave them AIDS is also an effective legal defense, and civil liability is worthless against the average AIDS carrier.
