Here's a little biographical information from her Wikipedia entry:

Sonsoles Espinosa Díaz (Ávila, 8 November 1961) is a classical singer and music teacher. She is also the wife of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, the President of the Government (Presidente del Gobierno, essentially Prime Minister) of Spain.

She was born in Ávila, the daughter of a military officer, and received a law degree from the Universidad de León. She met Rodríguez Zapatero in León in 1981. They married on 27 Januar 1990 and have two daughters, born 1993 and 1995.

Sonsoles is a soprano and music teacher, and several times she stated she loves singing soft rock music. While living in León, she was a member of the city's prestigious university choir and used to be a music teacher for 7 to 9 graders at one of León's and Spain's most prestigious schools, Colegio Leonés. Since moving to Madrid she has continued to sing, as a substitute member of the chorus at the city's opera house, the Teatro Real, and more recently with the choir of the government-owned broadcasting service RTVE.

In 2003, she gave an interview to the magazine La Razón, where some of her opinions about abortion generated controversy, mainly from right-wing think tank groups. She said abortion should be legal in all countries and that "those who don't understand this are people from the 18th century."

she's an elegant woman whose taste in clothing, like most women, occasionally misses the mark.

no body seems to be able to outdo carla bruni.

somebody should check out the scandanavian royalty. they seem to do okay in the fashion model department.

i can't warm up to her look, the clothes seem a bit extreme and i don't particularly like her hair style either

there was another wife, in that G-20 group photo who was quite attractive, a brunette, to the left, right behind Michelle in one picture

Never heard of her before, but yes, she dresses very well. Not bad looking at all either, although quite thin.

I guess being the Prime Minister of anywhere affords you such things.

She is very attractive and I love her sense of style and her choices. She looks and sounds to be a very authentic person. I would agree that, so far, she is the "best dressed".

Not very feminine in some looks, but agreed she favors Sharon Stone. Kind of hard looking. Maybe she smokes. No comparison though to Michelle O. 1st lady of the US is very naturally beautiful to me.

This woman has a great sense of herself which comes across in her style. She has a good body, too, which helps. I like the simple but dramatic styles; she can get away with them.
