Tuesday's Late Night Round-Up: Bo Obama, Kobe Bryant, And Kimmel's Count Down To HD (VIDEO)

Bo Obama was once again the big draw last night with both Leno and Letterman using the new pup to take shots at the Bush administration.

Leno went after our ex-VP saying, "It's a Portuguese Water Dog named Bo, now don't confuse that with what Dick Cheney had, that's a waterboarding dog." Letterman went right for the top saying, "The dog is not house-broken yet, but that's alright, today he left a bigger mess in the Oval Office than Bush did."
