I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Meet Margarita Zavala, wife of Mexican President Felipe Calderon, who President Obama is meeting with on Thursday. Zavala was a PAN deputy in 2006 in the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress, making her the only first lady of Mexico to have ever served in congress.

The first lady has also cultivated a signature style, staying warm and chic in shawls. See her wear her scarves around the world.

It's a bit silly how we all get drawn into 1st lady fashion.

I wanna see one of them rock a snuggie just to screw with everyone.

Coming from a man - she is a very beautiful and attractive woman. I don't know much about fashion (maybe because I'm a man), however she pulls off those "shawls" with class and finesse. A very classy and elegant woman or should I say first lady.

No kidding! That does seem to be what he is thinking. Just goes to show that most women are mostly about money and power, while men are mostly about looks.

I take offense to the idea that men are merely about looks.
When men marry into power and marry to a woman it's with the same decisiveness and intellect for either. For men in power, as shown in history, looks are not the primary concern. Look at the wives of previous presidents in any country and you'll see that the wives of these leaders had influence and power beyond that which kept most women from voting in previous years. Men may not be willing to accept a woman's dominating and unabashedly wise and opinionated politics publicly, but they are willing to adhere and practice the political mindfulness of their wives with a sense of humbleness and anonymity while in practice.

Those who are viewed with a high caliber of attractiveness are often subjugated by others who feel that appearances are the entire construct of human connectivity.

Do Lord Mayors in England really dress up like that? I thought they were at the Mardi Gras parade or something.

I hope that Mexican President Felipe Calderon and our President Obama can both succeed in the Drug War !

I do think it is our appetite for drugs that create the problem !

How can we take the Crime out of it !

Stay Safe Mexican President Felipe Calderon !
