Alleged Craigslist Pimp Christopher Tyrone Young MUGSHOT

A Florida man was arrested on April 13th for prostituting a 17-year-old girl he approached through MySpace after which he peddled her services on Craigslist, the United States Attorney's Office in California announced on Wednesday.

The man arrested is 28-year-old Christopher Tyrone Young, who is also known as "Staydown", from Orlando, Florida. He, who can be seen in the picture on the right, is being charged with one count of sex trafficking of children.

Young contacted the girl on March 24, 2009 after finding her profile on MySpace and began to communicate with her on a regular basis. They then moved to communicating on the phone. During one conversation, Young asked when the girl would turn eighteen, and she answered, indicating that he knew her status of being a minor from the beginning. In November 2008, Young purchased a Greyhound ticket for the girl and asked her to travel from Florida to Las Vegas, Nevada. He told her that he had a house, cars, and money; the girl was under the impression that he was going to make her a star.

Why is it that when there are girls/women being exploited it seems to be an african american man doing the exploitation? This sickens me that it seems to be a very obvious pattern to this. People within our society are so worried about being PC that they will not even dare to bring about this topic. I think it is high time our elected officials bring about laws that will punish these men who are not willing to get a job or education for their money. It is easy to use women and treat them like they are trash. Make sure you guys take that money from the most vulnerable citizens of society to buy those new shoes you so desperately need. When you do get caught breaking the law, make sure you pull the race card out, it hasn't got old yet.
