Sam Donaldson: I Want To Ask Castro, Before He Dies, If He Killed Kennedy (VIDEO)

Asked to reflect upon the coming end of Fidel Castro's time and regime in Cuba, longtime ABC newsman Sam Donaldson had one last request: to be beside Castro's bedside to ask if he was responsible for John F. Kennedy's assassination.

"You mentioned the assassination," Donaldson, appearing on ABC's This Week on Sunday said in reference to early conversation about the shooting of JFK. "In his dying breath I'd like to be at [Castro's] bedside and say, did you do it? Meaning November 22, 1963."

A few co-panelists expressed playful shock with Donaldson's conspiratorial yarn.

"Oh, my goodness," said Peggy Noonan, sifting her fingers through her hair.

"Come on, Sam," added Cokie Roberts.

"Wait a moment," Donaldson responded. "I think it is still open."

Donaldson is such a Korporate Stooge- those who killed Kennedy were the Battista supporters who were in cahoots with the CIA and the military industrial complex- JKK was all set to normalize relations with Castro and the Soviets which would have effectively brought about detente years before Nixon- that's why he was killed-

Everybody knows that Castro might have wanted to but that probably the CIA, Hoover, LBJ, and Mafia beat him to it. The best "guess" was by Bobby Kennedy when he said that the crew that they set up to kill Castro turned around and killed his brother. Talk about "blowback!" Everybody is unconsciously satisfied that, unfortunately and tragically, JFK had too many enemies and he was warned and would not listen. There are some mysteries we need to live with.

While he was Governor in 1963, Connally was a passenger in the car in which President Kennedy was assassinated, and he was seriously wounded in the shooting, but he survived despite his injuries.

Hey Sam Donaldson if you want to boost your ratings why don't your interview the Connally family and ask why John Connally took the bullet he was shot with to the grave?

Castro's revolution was supported by the Left in the US in a very big way. Politically, money contributions, very favorable ieditorials. Read the NYT articles and other liberal papers.

The NYT constantly referred to him as the peoples revolutionary. The one who would save Cuba. Castro holds a Doctorate. (In what I don't remember).

He was viewed by the North East and West Coast Liberals as the "Thinking Man's Revolutionary". You will notice that while he was organizing the revolution, the NYTimes always referred to him as Dr. Castro.

As soon as he took over, he announced that he was a Marxist Communist. The tenor changed. The NYTimes has never referred to him as

The day Kennedy was shot I was taking my college SAT's. I remember the period very well.
Ther had always been a rumor that when Castro took over, the Kennedy's would profit from there relationship and support of him. There was even talk that a parcel of land had been designated / promised to Joe Kennedy Sr. so his Standard Oil Co. could build a new refinery which would supply both Cuba and the Eastern US.

As soon as Castro announced his intentions to form a Communist State, he appropriated all American Interests. He denied he had ever promised or even knew Joe Kennedy Sr. or promised him land for a Standard Oil Refinery. (Even though there were pictures of Joe Kennedy shaking hands with "Dr. Castro".

According to the Church Committee hearings on the CIA in 1975, there were "at least eight plots involving the CIA to assassinate Castro from 1960 to 1965."

I don't know who the hell killed Kennedy, but if Castro didn't have anything to do with it, he had amazing restraint!
