Ya know...there is this one photo that bugs me....there's a guy who obviously belongs within who appears to be peeping thru a peephole of sorts. Who is he and what is he doing ? It just looks wrong.....hhmm

This is sorta stupid, but I keep seeing that same bowl of fruit on that table in the White House. I wonder if anyone actually eats anything or does it just sit there...

Serving his president, the same as a former Austrian Army soldier is serving the State of California.

You can compare Rahm Immanuel's service to Isreal as a religious ministry, similar to the young missionaries of the Mormon Church who, in their youth, devote 2 years to God's work.

Thanks so much for sharing, HuffPo.

And...I FINALLY figured out who Rahm Emanuel looks like....the character on the front of the "Count Chocula" Cereal! I knew it would come to me sooner or later!

I am a Native American woman and I am a survivor, and I feel so proud and honored to have him as our President. No words can express this.

These pictures are great and all, but sadly what I see most of in these picture are older, wealthy, priviledged white men; where is the diversity around Obama; he is about the only person of color I see; that is pretty sad. The more things change . . . the more they stay the same.

Beautiful Family; this staff make you want to be a part of it as someone noted above. They are doing great work and you can see the cohesiveness and the need to run a productive ship. A picture is said to be worth a thousand words; we are seeing thousands of words being spoken with these words. I'm in love with the democratic process of government again. We as American's and the World are seeing the U.S. Presidency in an entirely new manner. We know it will be difficult however, we are willing to be a part of the solutions not just a part of the problem by complaining but not providing solutions.

I am in love with this President. One minute he is dashing and the next the commanding overseer of our nation. He's the loving father, the adoring husband, the humanitarian leader. His confidence is inspiring. He is best at being who he is and these photos invite us to know this exceptional man who is now our President. I am proud of him and his family.

I have not posted a comment on this site before today, but the 300 slides of President Obama's first 100 days compel me to do so now. I enjoyed looking through them, although they were not as candid as one would like. But, that's not my gripe. I was (and am) astounded by the overly conservative representation of FL Michelle Obama in these photos, especially the ones in which she is shown sledding and swinging with their daughters. (Where is Mr. O?) Motherhood is fine, and it's great to see positive images of black motherhood in the United States; however, the images in the slide-show infantilize Michelle Obama. They depict her as a woman as isolated and alienated from public life as were mothers and wives from well-to-do families in the nineteenth century. One expects a frustrated Michelle to start tearing wallpaper from the Red Room one of these days. Mrs. Obama is professional black woman and very much equal to her husband, yet these images of her do not portray this, unfortunately.

The First Lady took much of these first 100 days to get her children settled in ! Perhaps you saw what you wanted to perceive ! The FL is not in competition with her husband nor does she need to rush into political matters .. the President's team is quite sufficient for that ! Knowing that the FL is all that she is, professional in her own right, wife, mother and daughter, I can be absolutely pleased with what she has already exemplified !!! She is stellar and steady !!!
