Vanity Fair:

What's the easiest way to get a roomful of media people together? Offer them free lunch and a panel discussion on their favorite topic: themselves! The Independent Film Channel employed that strategy today in service of the second season of The IFC Media Project, a witty, progressive-minded critique of the news.

Ari the Arrogant ....as always,.
He was the first bushie I couldn't watch because of his astounding arrogance from the very first press conferences. This was followed by arrogance being the signature way of bushco dealing with anyone that disagreed with them.
And don't think he doesn't know anything..don't "misunderestimate" him..he is too smart a man to not know what was happening.

Wait, didn't Noonan say last week that we should 'just keep walking' on the subject of investigating 'interrogation techniques'? This article says she favors a 9/11 Commission-style investigation?

Eh?

I hope that Congress or a special prosecutor (my personal preference) will test his willingness to talk about all that he is "proud of" with respect to torture -- and then move on to all that he isn't so proud of, followed by everything else he knows/was told/believed about it.

Oh, and Ari? If waterboarding was employed (and we know it was), then crimes WERE committed. We've charged and tried people for war crimes for having done exactly that. I guess that's why you guys just want to look forward and not backward.

Did you catch Ms. Rice using the Nixon defense last night? If the president approves it, it's legal? What a disgrace.

Fleischer sternly pointed out that “that assumes a crime has been committed.

No sh*t Sherlock!

Testify. And we'll be watching intently for you to perjure yourself.

(That's a crime too, you know!)

Fleischer was a wind-up mouthpiece who knew nothing more than what was written on the 3x5 index cards he was given. He knows even less now and it shows.

Well, I am putting this in the same box has Hannity offering to get "water boarded". So far, Hannity has not taking KO up on the offer, and as usual it's Hannity running his mouth syndrome in play. I Think Ari will pull the same, and he is another one I cannot stand to see nor hear...

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 07:47 AM on 05/01/2009

Since Hannity would not even serve in the military, my guess is he couldn't endure boot camp. If he thinks he can endure water boarding let's give it to him 183 times in a month.

May is just starting. Let's fill his schedule with water boarding sessions so we can fit all 183 time in before Memorial day.

Then we'll see how he feels in June.

So you're knocking Hannity for not serving in the military? He's not a draft dodger. What was should he have fought in? The man is 47 years old so he was about 10 when Vietnam was wrapping up.

I'm no Hannity fan but some truth in your barbs would be nice.
