The image of the GOP has been damaged by the Socialist Democratic party though a tremendous bias present in every aspect of multimedia. In a Capitalist society, Dems are free to promote their propaganda (Nazi Germany people) and they have the civil liberties to do so. In a Socialist society, the government would control every aspect of multimedia coverage. I praise the fact we would not have to listen to the BS, but then the government would control everything. No more psycho-Democrat propaganda against the GOP, but... :(

REPUBLICANS ARE IN DENIAL OF BUSH-CHENEY CRIMES.
Republicans are caught in a self-caused trap out of which there are no logical or political ways to get out. They cannot exactly apologize for the years of Bush and Cheney. The media will have a field day. Republicans can also not seem to be able to talk about foreign or military affairs after what they did. In other words, they say uncaught criminals always return to the scene of the crime, but here Republicans cannot even bring up the subject. They cannot return the hundreds of billions of wasted dollars lost in Iraq. All they can do is to try to change their image or their brand. They can try to see if they can blame Democrats for something, anything, just don't talk about torture, Iraq, or anything from the past 8 years.

The so called BUSH-CHENEY crimes, a product of psycho-Democrat propaganda in the BIAS of Liberal media, is just that. The only proof of these crimes is the written product of the imaginations of feverous Democrats (ambitious, but misguided.) I say show me some evidence that is real, not just what you read in a biased report. I know, you can not do it... Don't feel bad, because no other Democrat can either. ; )

I have a dear friend who's experienced a very difficult last 10 or more years. She's made awful personal choices that have negatively impacted her life, and at a time when she needs the support of others, it seems that she's alienating those who're closest to her. Her answer to this is to move away to another state, where much of her family still reside. But as I told her, even if she moves, she'll still be taking herself with her. In other words, her problem is internal, not external.

No matter where the Republicans host their town hall meetings or how casual they dress or how hip they talk, they're still the same brand of Republicans - with the same message, the same messengers and the same 25% base. Their problem is not external, it's internal. Changing the setting or the script or the cast of characters is not going to change the party!

Until the GOP get some folks with a wee bit of sense and sit down and talk to them about what is best for the middle class and poor people in this country they won't have a clue. See they still think what is best for them (the wealthy) is best for all, and, now that the middle class have stopped being sheep and following them blindly, the GOP don't have a clue as to what to do. The middle class were suppose to follow McCain and fall off the cliff but you backed away and turned towards someone else. Now the GOP can't get their heads around the fact that the middle class is fighting back.

What is Romney doing for a living? Can't he get a real job? I have a great deal of suspicion of people who represent the top 1%, who live of their trust funds, trying to tell me they understand my wants and needs. He just sold 2 mansions (I don't have one); he doesn't get up in the morning to go to work (I'm lucky I have a job); he doesn't juggle heat, electricity, car, or rent payments, he doesn't worry about buying medicine, glasses or shoes for his family (they get it all and more) but I have to decide whether to pay Peter or Paul, but not both. AND he's going to represent ME.? I think not--not after they took my pension, and then demand bonuses for robbing us blind?

The Democrats are in control because the rethugs destroyed the nation over the last 39 years, with the last 8 of those being a ride downhill like the country was trying out for a spot of the Olympics luge team.

All the GOP is doing is talking to their base. Again they are not even trying to get the attention of conservative Democrats or Independants.

Dear Republicans,
You can discover what you need to do by speaking of yourselves, not others. You also need to speak the truth about yourselves and then develop a platform that welcomes and respects everyone and grants freedom of thought to all.
What I saw of your meeting on TV showed me that you still want to deny your past while smirking and blaming others in directly mean or passive aggressive ways for your current fortunes.
But, please do continue lying to yourselves. It will mean many successes for Dems.
