Via this Bloomberg article, we have Berkshire Hathaway's Charlie Munger following in the footsteps of Simon Johnson [Apr 21: Simon Johnson on Yahoo Tech Ticker] , Joseph Stiglitz and a few others who have called the financial system out for what it is; essentially America's Oligarchs.

I believe the word is FERAL

A feral organism is one that has escaped from domestication and returned, partly or wholly, to its wild state. The introduction of feral animals or plants, like any introduced species, can disrupt ecosystems and may, in some cases, contribute to extinction of indigenous species.
