New York Times:
In what one television executive called an unprecedented data delay, Nielsen Media Research failed to provide overnight TV ratings for four days this week.

just think how incredible the trust for this company would have on this site if msnbc was ruling the ratings.
Technical problems? Or was Murdoch renegotiating the payment for his ratings?
(wow...that was cynical...certainly a corporation like Nielsen would never...)
Their making them up as fast as they can.
Quick note to anyone who actually believes the Nielsen ratings....................HA HA HA HA HA.....idiots.
"Their making them up.....idiots."
Ahhh, irony,
Oh please how Nielsen be trusted, most of their managerial people were Faux news associates.
To hear the paranoid fans over at Faux they think their being bugged!
Glad to hear you're watching! SPOILER ALERT - MSNBC came in last . . . .again . . . .
as someone who actually worked at the Nielsen company I'll let you in on a little secret................it's all BS
Awww, poor Captain "Arrr" Murdoch canna git his well-oiled machine to function today (and after only a 99% percent loss in Faux revenues, too)! To quote "Scotty", "The engines can't take much more of this, Cap'n!"..! ;) ...
All Bull Sh*t anyhow, or at least you think it is out of thousands of people I know and thousands of homes I've been in over the last ten years not once have I seen the rating devices used here in the north east!
Ya know, I don't know anyone in the last 20 years that has owned up to having a box on their TV!
Where are they getting their numbers?
and I'm in Minnesota.
Funny I was just thinking since Rupert is unable to pay for ratings, they are ‘Un-Cooking’ the numbers and we will see that in reality, not that many people watch FOX.
actually a lot of people watch FOX, those are the folks who need to be told what to do by their "Daddy" so they can sleep at night.
Tomorrow, Daddy needs you to protest a Tax increase for people making way more money than you, those rich people would do it but they are much to busy enjoying their lives.
sure we know, gotta load the machines to make sure fox news win
