Bikini Girl Katrina Darrell Returns (PHOTO) To 'Idol' - With Breast Implants (PIC, VIDEO)

Bikini Girl Katrina Darrell returned to 'American Idol' during the finale, with a new bikini body.

Darrell, who earned her moniker when she wore a string bikini to her tryout, won an award for 'best attitude' and took the stage wearing her trademark ensemble, with two noticeable differences.

After taking the trophy and giving a kiss to Ryan Seacrest, he said to her, "I was going to ask what's new, but I think I know," while glancing at her chest.

She then sang, and was joined by a bikini-wearing Kara Dioguardi onstage.

Idol was making fun of her. They totally set her up for that. What's sad is she is a joke and doesn't even know it. It a shame that she doesn't want to be taken seriously. She is a beautiful woman but beautiful woman are a dime a dozen. She was kind of rude to the professional singer too and the network was way rude to put her out there for all to ridicule... then again.. she did make that bed.

I watched this without sound, which was kind of interesting because:

(1) Bikini-girl is like another Tila Tequila wanna-be. She'd run around naked if she thought someone would put her on camera.

(2) Bikini-girl actually has no stage presence, which becomes painfully obvious when singer-girl comes out and works the crowd. Bikini girl just stands there, not knowing what to do.

(3) Implants or not, Bikini girl is irrelevant.
